Reports and Individual Education Programmes
Reports
Once a student is enrolled, regular reports on his progress will be sent back to the home community. These cover all aspects of the student's development and are written by both Teacher and Social Worker. An Initial Report is completed at three months, then reports will be sent at six monthly intervals. The Individual Transition Plan will be finalised at 21 months from enrolment but is established earlier than this.
Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Essential Skills Goals are written to meet the individual needs of each student. IEPs are comprehensive documents that are written initially three months after enrolment, then six monthly thereafter, with input from the Caseworker, Teacher, Parent/Caregiver, Student, the College's Psychologist and other on site Specialists.
